Cash Compensation
For companies that need embedded execution and accountability. You're paying for outcomes, not reports. We get in the trenches, build alongside your team, and deliver measurable results. These engagements are billed monthly or by project.
Equity Compensation
For mission-oriented companies building things that matter. We take equity rather than cash and bring strategic guidance, network introductions, and optional capital. These relationships tend to be lighter in hours but longer in duration.
Cash Compensation Tiers
The highest level of engagement. Jon joins your leadership team as a fractional executive — attending leadership meetings, managing key initiatives, and functioning as a true team member. This is not an outside consultant looking in; it's a seasoned operator inside your company.
Best for: companies with revenue traction needing operating muscle at the leadership level without a full-time C-suite hire.
Ongoing, focused consulting engagement structured around your highest-priority challenges. We identify the right processes and tools to drive competitive advantage, then help implement them — not just advise on them.
Best for: companies with a specific functional challenge that needs a senior resource but not a full-time executive.
For companies that have a specific, bounded problem to solve. We agree on the objective, timeline, and deliverable upfront — then we go execute it. No ambiguity, no scope creep.
Best for: companies with a clear, time-bound problem that needs an experienced outside leader to own and deliver the solution.
We reserve a small number of advisory seats each year for companies with a mission worth backing. Compensation is equity, not cash. In return, you get Jon's strategic perspective, network, and optionally, capital.
Best for: mission-oriented startups with a compelling vision who will no longer tolerate the status quo in their field.
